A tall fake window to shine your own light through. In the office are 5 Tanker desks painted a light blue to go perfect with the yellow walls. 3 desks have vintage computers, 1 has a typewriter, and 1 has a fax machine. 4 corded phones. And lots of props to use within the space! There is a small waiting area across from one of the desks with 3 chairs, a side table, and a non functional water tank. Motel Room: Right next to the vintage office. Spacious 700sf Motel interior Room. One door to get into motel with a small exterior to add to your scenes. Once you walk through the door there is a sofa bed with a coffee table. Next to the Sofa is a side table with a lamp and working digital clock. Behind the couch is a fake window which you can shine light through (other side is vintage office set). Once you face the two full size beds there is a window to the right that you can shine light through as well (other side is motel office). Theres a room divider between the front door and beds. Infront of the room divider, facing the beds, is a TV and Vintage Radio. Between the beds is one night stand with a lamp and working digital clock. Between the bed area and couch area is a small 30x30 table with two chairs. Above is a non functional vintage glass chandelier. You can place your own battery operated bulb but there is no power to this light. Other props: dresser, luggage rack, suitcase, standing lamp, small green fan. Vintage Motel Office Reception: Next to the motel room is a vintage motel office. Theres a 5ft check in desk with props like an old tv, bell, etc. There are 2 corner cabinet bookcase behind the checkout counter. Between these two are a mail holder and key holder. Across from the check in counter are 2 waiting chairs and a magazine shelf of old magazines ( magazines are fragile, please use wisely). You can shine a light through either side of the windows (one side is the motel room, the other side is the back of the stage of the western bar set). Shared bathroom with studio space next door. 2 bathrooms with 2 stalls in each. *Wednesdays - Theres is a street market next door. Set up starts at 2pm, they're there till about 10pm. Limited street parking during these hours and uncontrolled audio (music, generators,etc.) please plan accordingly.
