This versatile, multipurpose space is equipped with professional recording equipment, a sound isolation booth, and an array of musical instruments to bring your audio projects to life. The studio features tall ceilings, large west-facing windows that flood the space with natural light, and photo backdrops ideal for shoots and visual content creation. What sets this space apart is its vintage charm—carefully curated with antique furniture and props that add character and warmth to every project. Whether you’re recording an album, shooting promotional photos, or producing a podcast, the aesthetic and functionality of this studio enhance every moment. Enjoy both a front and back patio, ideal for breaks, small gatherings, or brainstorming sessions. Housed in a standalone building, this creative haven offers privacy, flexibility, and inspiration in every corner. The Studio is avaialble for Events, Meetings and Photoshoots/FIlmshoots. Important Info: The studio functions as a music production space a majority of the time. There are drums, amps and instruments in the space that will need to be cleared depending on the production. Items can be moved into the isolation booth to make space. If you would like the room to be cleared prior to arrival, there is a room clearing fee in our add ons section. Rates for events differ from our standard hourly rate. Please see the add ons section for all pricing options.
