The Vintage house is a large mid-century home that oozes a cool Palm Springs aesthetic. Built in 1959, this architectural gem has all of the classic features Mid Century lovers dream about. Every room has a totally different type of vibe. A large salt water pool showcases a back yard along with a zen garden, and detached office. The interior of the house features terrazzo flooring, an open living room and sitting area with a stone fireplace. A retro style kitchen and colorful wallpaper. A guest room, a master bedroom with connected large shower that overlooks the backyard and pool. A separate bathroom and inner office. It also contains triangle windows, original terrazzo floors, floating stone fireplace, breeze blocks, vaulted ceilings, and walls upon walls of floor to ceiling glass that overlook the idyllic swimming pool. Washed with light, inside you’ll find custom cabinetry and built-ins complimenting a kitchen plus sit down counter with Caesarstone countertops and stainless steel appliances. An entertainer’s dream, this house evokes the indoor/outdoor feeling of Palm Springs Private quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac with plenty of parking. 1 Bathroom available for crew. Wi-fi included. Coffee maker. We have a separate garage area that can be used for staging, hair and makeup, and crafty. Rates quoted are for photography/Film shoots with fifteen people or less.
