About the Space

Our 1930's industrial, raw warehouse has been converted from a dilapidated electric company to a rustic, raw event space where we host a vintage market 3 times a year called the Kinsey Vintage Market and mostly we host weddings! Think horror movie from the outside and magical on the inside! We have made a lot of 'improvements' to update our warehouse to keep it as authentic and raw as possible, but also make it more event worthy to the public. We have filmed At Home Again with the Fords, an HGTV show starring Leanne Ford, a music video, multiple styled shoots and many other types of events at the warehouse. We have soaring ceilings, rusty, corrugated metal, chippy green steel columns, lots of concrete floors and walls, a recycled, Astroturf outdoor patio area, and beautifully designed and renovated bathrooms. Our warehouse lends itself to so many styles and the creativity that our clients come up with!
