A brand new and very strong Central HVAC controlled by a Nest thermostat to ensure that you are comfortable day and night. Excellent High Speed WiFi (200+MBS) Keyless entry and no interaction with the host is available unless you prefer otherwise upon request. You have access to the entire house and pool just for you.
