1928 romantic Mediterranean villa perched on the hills of Los Feliz with commanding views of the city that extends to the ocean and sweeping views of the Griffith Park and the Observatory. The villa has multiple levels of property with oversized decks that overlooks a large pool terrace and a pool side gazebo with city and mountain views. Breathtaking sunsets are often followed by a magical moon over the Los Angeles skyline. The home has a floor to ceiling brick fireplace, and an open floor plan. The living room and the kitchen are very spacious and they connect to the large outdoor decks seamlessly. The pool, the fountains and the property is romantically lit at night and create a magical scenery against the city light views.

We loved Villa Positano! The space is so beautiful, tucked away in the Silverlake hills with great views of the city. The host, Elif, was so kind and flexible. Couldn't recommend it more!!

Pictures don't do this location justice. It's a gorgeous Mediterranean Villa that transports you to another land. Elif, the location owner, was always pleasant, friendly, and easy to work with. Her house rules were fair, reasonable, and standard, and she was always willing to work together to find a suitable compromise whenever necessary. Our crew felt very welcomed and she allowed us to do our jobs with ease. I would definitely shoot her again!
