Paul was very accommodating, and the property was everything we had hoped for. We didn't have time to recce the location before the shoot, but the pictures are very accurate and it was just as we had imagined it would be. We had lights with us, but there was plenty of natural light, so we ended up not using them. It's the perfect filming location if you're looking for a beautiful, homely property with personality, I would highly recommend.

In heart of East London situated on a quiet tree lined street lies a beautifully decorated and restored Victorian home that is so photogenic! The ideal backdrop for any glamorous photo shoot or filming…. We do have a family pet (chocolate cocker spaniel) which can be available for any back drop of a photo shoot. She is lovable and very friendly. With an open plan kitchen with full width bi fold door onto a private and enclosed garden. Giving huge nature light. Through the property you have a number of different lighting to perfect any shoot.

I rarely leave reviews but I am compelled to on this occasion. I was a cast member in a film called Scrub that filmed for two weeks in the beautiful house owned by Paul & his Partner. They were wonderful hosts who made everyone feel so welcome.. Nothing was too much trouble! The whole production team had use of the lovely garden as it was sunny. It was such a wonderful experience for my colleagues and I to film there.

Paul was a wonderful host and extremely accommodating. Communication was fast, easy and clear. The house itself is the perfect backdrop for any shoot, all the rooms are beautiful and full of light. Definitely recommend Paul and will be back again for future shoots.

This is one of the most beautiful homes I have worked in. The host is fantastic and accommodating. The space is light and airy and has some fantastic Victorian features. The kitchen and living room are simply stunning!
