About the Space
We have a beautiful, dated victorian home just 30 minutes from northern Manhattan. Please note that as of 4/2/2021, New Jersey is offering subsidies to film companies. https://www.northjersey.com/story/news/new-jersey/2021/04/02/nj-gov-phil-murphy-tax-breaks-companies-leave-georgia/4850716001/ Our large traditional living room and dining room each have a fireplace as well as sliding french doors. We've hosted a number of shoots including House of Buggins (John Leguizamo), a classic still shot for an M&M 1995 Christmas magazine ad (see pictures of our house) and in 2024 a commerical for Romeo and Juliet (google Zegler Romeo and Juliet youtube) and a Canadian music video. All directors have loved the wide access to all the rooms on the first floor and a 4 foot wide front door which allowed for easy moving of equipment. Additionally we have a large finished basement which is great for a waiting area for the crew. Our second floor has 4 large bedrooms. The attic has 2 finished room with sloped ceilings and beautiful doors Additionally we have 2 covered porches and a large wooded property. Our house is on a quiet side street.

Dale and Greg were phenomenal to work with! Words can't describe how amazing the space is, and how accommodating the host were. Usually I get a bit nervous whenever a host stays during a shoot but that was not the case with this booking. I was glad that Dale and Greg were around, as they were really helpful if anything popped up. They are incredibly production friendly, and kind people. You should honestly book the place for the amazing Beatles collection Greg has accumulated over the years! The space is beautiful, full of character, and great for really any shoot! The backyard made a great place for crafty / catering on a nice day as well. I definitely recommend booking / working with Dale and Greg!

Great location! The hosts were very accommodating and flexible. Their home was only 15 minutes from the GWB and there was plenty of parking. Their spacious home and property have tremendous character. The extra wide front door was ideal for moving in all our equipment/props. Additionally, the oversized halls provided optimal shooting opportunities. Also, the very large finished basement worked perfectly as a staging area and dressing room.
