Milwood Studios is a 3,200 sq ft indoor-outdoor creative space in Venice, Los Angeles — built for photo shoots, video production, workshops, offsites, and small events for up to 40 seated or 50 standing. The main studio has high ceilings, polished concrete floors, a seamless wall, rotating color backdrops, natural light throughout the day, and full blackout capability. A private outdoor courtyard doubles your looks — lifestyle content, golden-hour setups, or a breakout space for events. Includes a dressing room / green room, movable furniture, restrooms, and street-level load-in with easy parking. Grip and lighting available on site (Aputure and Godox packages; ask about camera rentals including Arri Alexa 35 and Sony FX6). Minutes from Abbot Kinney and Venice Beach. 4-hour minimum; discounts on 8+ hour bookings.

We recently used Milwood Studios for a fashion/content shoot and had a great experience. The space is super clean, versatile, and really easy to work in. Natural light is solid, the layout makes sense, and load-in/setup was smooth. You can tell it’s a well thought out production space that actually works for creatives. If you’re looking for a photo studio in Los Angeles for fashion shoots or general content creation, this is a great spot. We’ll definitely be back.
