Welcome! This bright, open plan home located just 25 minutes west of Salt Lake, is perfect for productions and meetings! Inside guests are greeted with multiple unique backdrops, thoughtfully staged to help craft the perfect shot! VIDEO TOUR: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oAOYpIC0y_0 Location: Our brand new, 1,300 sq ft space is located just 2 minutes south of I80, between the Great Salt Lake and base of the Oquirrh Mountain Range in a newly developed, quiet, suburban neighborhood called Lake Point. Interior Features: We feature an eclectic blend of scandinavian inspired interior with an edge of bohemian. We also feature beautiful vaulted ceilings, fresh greenery, stunning antiques, including an extremely rare 1860 victorian “Rococo” style square grand piano, Anthropologie's famous mirror, fun collectables such as a vibrant leather bound library of books, light and dark woodtones, a large scandinavian dining table, brand new modular sectional, picturesque mountain views and an open pantry full of colorful spices. The main hub of the space has also been fully equipped with 5000k lighting for bright inside day filming and soft mood lighting for night. Booking of this space includes complete access to a fully furnished home office, master bedroom, ensuite, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, living room and for your convenience, a spare room which guests can use for changing, hair & makeup prep, production equipment or to house any props or costumes. We encouraged individuals to remember that the space is exceptionally versatile and can be rearranged upon request to fit your personalized needs. A pair of double width doors however are located around the back for the convenience of larger production equipment. Extra foldout tables and chairs....for an additional fee Prohibited Activities: No production of any type of sexual or adult content, No Smoking on the premises No open flame No use of glitter or holi powder No fog machines No touching of the leatherbound book collection under any circumstances No liquids permitted near the grand piano under any circumstances No food and drink allowed on the grey lounge chair-sectional without previous, written permission No feet allowed on couches Off-Limit Areas: Garage Basement - but open to negotiation Cleanliness and Damage: We expect guests to maintain a professional and clean environment. Any damage, stains or mess will be charge straight to the card on file Excess People: Only those initially agreed upon in the lease contract may be found on premises during reserved time. Each additional person found in violation of this will come at an additional fee of $100 and will be charged directly to the card on file. Noise: We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Curfew is from 10:30pm to 7am. Overtime: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the agreed end time of your reservation.
