Private community beach,tennis, baskeball, boating, horseback riding, hiking, vineyards .the views, the ambiance, the location and amenities it's has privacy a nice yard, a 4D movie theatre, a disco, game room with ping pong and pool table, a professional karaoke system, 3 bars, one outdoor with large fire pit, real casino machine, hot tub and BBQ grills . My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups, photo shoots and video production.
