The space offers a very large open entrance area that spans the dining room, piano room, and sunroom; creating a wonderful space both visually and functionally. Ample parking is available in the flat grassy yard area, with ease of access on all sides. Beautiful Lake Martin is only 10 minutes away. Another bonus just 4 minutes away is access to the owner's other property which boasts a cascading waterfall, wooded hiking trails and small river on 55 acres. Dadeville is a super-friendly and very safe small town with a population of around 3,500 people. .
