Our versatile pool is the ideal location for your next production or formal event (Not for swim party). Offering a stunning aquatic backdrop that can be transformed to suit your creative vision. Please note rates for this POOL / Yard listing are lower because Not using inside of home. Other rates are available for use of inside of formal home and rest of property. Not for swim parties. Production / events over 60 total persons have custom rates that are Not listed in base pricing. When over 60 total persons there is a 12 HOUR minimum. Please note most large productions Over 60 person will typically use more than 18 hours when total time for planning / set up / the production itself and the clean up and placing property back into same good condition as before use. Additional Hourly rate when total persons on site exceed 60 persons. Rate can be negotiable for multi day events / productions. A SECURITY / DAMAGE / USE DEPOSIT WILL BE HELD BY EITHER GIGGSTER OR THE LOCATION PROPERTY OWNER. YOUR SECURITY / DAMAGE / USE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED TO PAYOR WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER EVENT IS COMPLETE AND NO DAMAGE. LOSS, LIABILITY, CLEANUP OR OVERTIME CLAIMED BY LOCATION PROEPRTY OWNER. DEPOSIT IS $3,000. FOR EVENTS SMALLER THAN 50 TOTAL PERSONS ON SITE AND DUE AT BOOKING. DEPOSIT IS $5,000. FOR EVENTS OR USE WHERE THERE ARE 50 OR MORE TOTAL PERSONS ON SITE. This Security / Damage / Use deposit will be held by GIGGSTER or the location property owner and is refundable back to the payor as long as property is left in same excellent condition as received and there are no damage, loss, liability or overtime use claims from the location property owners. If there is any damage, loss, cleanup, liability or overtime use claimed, these costs and expense will be deducted out of your security deposit first before making a claim on you or your insurance. After all is settled the remaining amount of deposit will be returned to the payor.
