About the Space

Our versatile formal residence is the ideal location for your next production or formal event *(Not for swim party)*. Offering a stunning aquatic backdrop that can be transformed to suit your creative vision with this unique setting. Please note rates for this POOL / Yard listing are lower because Not using inside of home. Other rates are available for use of inside of formal home and rest of property. This is Not for swim parties. Production / events over 60 total persons have custom rates that are Not listed in base pricing. When over 60 total persons there is a 12 HOUR minimum. Please note most Events and Filming production will typically use more than the 12 minimum booking hours in total time for planning / set up / decorating / the production itself and the clean up and placing property back into same good condition as before use removing all itmes and props brouhgt onto property. Additional Hourly rate when total persons on site exceed 60 persons. CUSTOM RATES for multi day events / productions. A SECURITY / DAMAGE / USE DEPOSIT WILL BE HELD BY GIGGSTER OR THE LOCATION PROPERTY OWNER. DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED TO PAYOR WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER EVENT IS COMPLETE AND NO DAMAGE, LOSS, LIABILITY, CLEANUP and NO OVERTIME CLAIMED BY LOCATION PROEPRTY OWNER. DEPOSIT IS $3,000. FOR EVENTS SMALLER THAN 50 TOTAL PERSONS ON SITE AND DUE AT BOOKING. DEPOSIT IS $5,000. FOR EVENTS OR USE WHERE THERE ARE 50 TO 80 TOTAL PERSONS ON SITE. EVENTS OVER 80 TOTAL PERSONS ON SITE HAVE CUSTOME DEPOSIT BASED ON USE. If any damage, loss, cleanup, liability or overtime use claimed, property owner may deduct these costs and or expenses out of your security deposit and or make a claim on you or your insurance. After settled any remaining amount of deposit will be returned to the payor. Please note that when booking thru Giggster, you will also have an additional short location agreement to sign directly with the property owner which helps clarify use. Property is NOT rented like a hotel nor AirBnB. No overnight use of bedrooms unless by special arrangement on a longer term use. Events or Productions supply all of their own supplies, materials, catering, movers, vendors, etc.
