Versatile, intimate, storefront space. She's small but mighty! everything is moveable, there are always props and options on site, more available for the asking! we have recessed lighting on dimmers, electrical outlets every 3 ft. we have a bar on wheels ideal for filming podcast or interview, and a number of different seating arrangements. Ideal for product shoot, podcast, video workshop, or as a unique interior location. Furnishings are eclectic but present well, and depending on how youprop it, could read anywhere from bohemian to mcm chic. We currently have a comfortable loungey seating area as well as stools for moveable hospitality bar. Would also be ideal as a production office, crafting space, prop prepping or holding for talent. And as a storefront, small brand pop ups, exhibits, also work well in this space. There is seating for up to 20, a kitchenette with generous sink area, ideal for prepping florals, crafting, craft services, or food. Coffee pot, kettle, mini fridge, countertop oven, hotplate, etc. private 1/2 bath, wardrobe rack, printer, stereo. This is a private well lit space with private 24 hour access.
