Whether you're hosting a meeting, yoga session, class, pop-up event, team builder, board meeting, reception or other gathering, this versatile space provides a charming and adaptable setting to suit your needs. The house is a quiet space with healing arts professionals, so it is a great retreat, and place to focus or have a low key gathering! Please observe only spa-level sounds of 70 dBA or lower. It's historic character combined with modern comfort makes it an ideal choice for both professional and creative occasions. With a private bathroom, large storage closet, and windows facing Hawthorne Blvd this space has a lot of natural lighting and is great for a variety of uses - it's up to your imagination! Also use the section with a full curtain to partition the room into sections for more privacy or to create the illusion of a stage. You can easily fit eight yoga mats, great for meditation sessions. Inside the large closet there are two 6' long folding tables and one round card table with 16 padded folding chairs you can put in many configurations. And you can bring in product stands to host a pop up event or instructional class. There is also a "buffet" table with a floral arrangement and drawers to set out food or display items. The space centrally located inside a circa 1901 craftsman style home converted into a healing arts office building. The bus stop is only about 100 yards away, and street parking is readily available, Once inside the main door of the building, up a flight of stairs the suite has a private entrance, wood flooring and a ceiling fan. There is also a beautiful outdoor space around back which can be used in conjunction with the space, you must let us know if you want to use the outside space when booking.
