Location & Accessibility: Located on the outskirts of Bellaire in Houston, Texas, our multifunctional studio is easily accessible from the 610 loop and the Southwest Freeway, catering to both local creatives and those from surrounding areas. Space & Ambiance: Our venue marries a 200 sq. ft. urban music studio with a spacious 1300 sq. ft. warehouse. The music studio exudes an urban charm, ideal for intimate recording sessions or focused creative projects. In contrast, the warehouse boasts a unique crime scene backdrop, allowing for a broad range of imaginative photo and video shoots. Versatility & Uses: Our space is adaptable to a wide array of creative endeavors, including: -Recording sessions. -Thematic photo shoots. -Video projects benefiting from controlled lighting, thanks to the warehouse's encapsulated design. Special Features & Amenities: -A large roll-up door facilitates easy ingress for sizable equipment or even vehicles, providing an added dynamic to your projects. -For your comfort, the music studio is air-conditioned. The warehouse, being an enclosed space, comes equipped with two portable AC units and two water-cooled fans. These are available for setup upon guests' requests. It might be cozier to schedule warehouse activities during the milder periods of the day or evening during hotter months. -Ambient lighting permeates the entire area, with the music studio further offering mood-enhancing lamps to adjust according to creative preferences.
