Our venue marries a 200 sq. ft. urban music studio with a spacious 1300 sq. ft. warehouse. The music studio exudes an urban charm, ideal for intimate recording sessions or focused creative projects. In contrast, the warehouse boasts a unique crime scene backdrop, allowing for a broad range of imaginative photo and video shoots.

Special Features & Amenities:
-A large roll-up door facilitates easy ingress for sizable equipment or even vehicles, providing an added dynamic to your projects.
-For your comfort, the music studio is air-conditioned. The warehouse, being an enclosed space, comes equipped with two portable AC units and two water-cooled fans. These are available for setup upon guests' requests. It might be cozier to schedule warehouse activities during the milder periods of the day or evening during hotter months.
-Ambient lighting permeates the entire area, with the music studio further offering mood-enhancing lamps to adjust according to creative preferences.
