My guest home has three spaces each with unique style/decor ... the Urban Ranch upper level, a bohemian-style Basement Suite lower level, and an inlaw suite (tiny house) at rear of property. The home is a well-loved vintage home, renovated with fresh and new features, yet preserving (and in some cases reusing) the elements of the original home.
The Urban Ranch upper level hosts several cozy beds across 3 spacious rooms and daybed in the main room. Enjoy a covered/screened patio, a sizeable backyard, and lovely mature landscaping. It includes roomy and functional kitchen and dining area with long heavy wood table for 10. A full bathroom with bathtub / shower combination. Graceful lines, soothing tones, and elegant applications of wood and stone throughout.
The bohemian-style Basement Suite has a unique style all its own. Come enjoy an eclectically artistic and artisan escape nestled on a quiet street in the midst of sub/city atmosphere and attractions. And eclectic mix of colors, textures, form and function. A classic, convertible queen-size futon in main room with loads of plush pillows, blankets, and throws .. and queen bed in bedroom. Enjoy bistro-style outdoor seating just outside the Basement Suite entrance! A functional kitchen with custom butcher block countertops, open shelving, and a dining area. Also a full bathroom with tiled shower.
The tiny house is at rear of property, separate from main home ... A quiet, unique space. Experience 160 square feet of cozy cabin vibes ... yet fully self-contained with energy-efficient systems and thoughtful amenities. "Starry night" tones and elements worked in through dimmable LED lights, indoor string lights woven around hardwood loft bed (twin top / full bottom), and LED outdoor string lights over a tiny patio and bistro tables.
