MAIN FLOOR: -2,500sf of open studio space and 22'-34' ceilings -Natural light from large wall of two story windows -2 large restrooms (one w/full bath) - both can be used as dressing rooms -14’ high definition projection screen with surround sound and easy HDMI connection -On-site ramp available for handicap accessibility into entry door and allows wheeled equipment to easily be rolled inside -Large white wall can be utilized as cove with our ultra-wide white vinyl backdrop rolled out on the floor. Please inquire for our daily/hourly rates as pricing may vary by use and number of people. -800sf open space features an abundance of available light from the back wall of windows. -Bi-fold doors opens up to a 4’ x 36’ balcony overlooking the main level studio. -Additional private half bath for use in loft -Great for smaller productions or a private client lounge. It has also been utilized for a conference room, editing space, or larger dressing and hair/make-up area. -*Note*: this space is not handicap accessible as there is a full set of stairs and no elevator.
