About the Space

Thanks for looking at our garden and outside spaces for your gig. The property, small yet mighty, is bursting with unique compact charm. During the summer a botanical escape - amazing trees, bushes, and flowers cover most of the property. Between specimen trees, fruit trees, flowering trees, a garden, two green houses, and a freestanding garage - A bad picture is hard to take. The property opens up with a hedgerow with roses peeking out. This leads you to the front yard to a signature dogwood surrounded by ferns, hydrangeas, hostas and wildflowers. That takes you to a brick path that winds you into a long corridor of ferns hostas and a Rose of Sharons. This corridor opens up to a slate patio with a 20 foot stone wall (a perfect bench for tables)and a gorgeous Japanese Maple anchoring the space. The driveway runs almost the length of the yard and can fit a few cars. The garage can be used for craft services, catering, and it can fit a couple of tables. The space will be draped with curtains for privacy. The two greenhouses pop are unique. One is a freestanding structure and the other is a lean to against the free standing garage. parking on street and city lots that may be negotiable. .
