The marina is often full of multimillion dollar private yachts, some of which may be available for filming. Parking garage, PATH train, and restaurants within a block. Posted rate is for small, compact film/photoshoots. Large productions with lights, generators, trucks, catering, etc. will incur different rates. We do not host parties or events at the marina.
