- Maximum occupancy is 25 guests. • Booking time must include setup and breakdown, no early access or overtime without approval. • No medical or aesthetic procedures (e.g., injections, microneedling, IV therapy) unless pre-approved in writing and performed by a licensed professional with valid insurance. • Guests may not access restricted areas, cabinets, or medical equipment. • The space must be left clean and in the same condition as received. Any damages or excessive cleaning will incur additional fees.
