This home sits on over 1/2 of an acre of usable space. Single level, California ranch style home with natural lighting. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of open space with exposed beams, vaulted ceilings in main area of home. Very large living space and 5 spacious bedrooms. Hard wood flooring throughout entire home. Spacious, newly redone backyard featuring large pool and jacuzzi with waterfalls and fire features, large fire pit, built in bbq, two patios with ample seating, pickleball court, half court for basketball. Beautiful greenery, citrus trees, shrubs, and large scale pavers covering vast area. Yard is a perfect party setting and can accommodate large groups. We had another great shoot at Jodi's place. She was kind enough to let us rest inside during a very hot day, and was very accommodating for every request we had. The house was lovely and the yard was super spacious, exactly what we needed.

Jodi was great! Very helpful and accommodating for our talent and crew. It was a lovely house and a beautiful backyard, and she was extremely understanding when we had to stay a little longer than usual due to some faulty equipment. Highly recommend.

This was my first booking through this site and I can honestly say it couldn't have gone any better. The place was amazing. Jodi and her family were welcoming, kind, and gracious. They even had a basket with bottles of water and goodies. And the house itself... wow! The place is beautiful. Seriously, do yourself a favor and book with Jodi. If I ever need a location like this again, I won't hesitiate to contact Jodi. Thank you!
