I would give it zero stars if possible. I booked the venue weeks prior to the event date. Everything seemed fine until I arrived at the venue. The co-owner and employees working there were NOT made aware of there being a private event booked at this venue. Apparently they had a separate team that handles private events and this event I booked for the date was not communicated to them. They said because of the FIFA games going on and the venue being fully packed, we're out of luck so we had to scramble to find another venue for our large group last minute which was extremely hard and was a serious inconvenience. Me and my friends who had arrived early to the venue were frantically calling attendees for the event and calling other places that could take in our large group. I had to even call the cake delivery team to deliver to our new location on such short notice. It was an embarrassment. I am still waiting for my refund from this team.
