Sunset Park Santa Monica - in the heart of it. Awesome market (Bob's) behind the house that can accommodate parking in the evenings - parking would have to be on the street daytime. Nice pretty much quiet neighborhood with cool neighbors. We are 16 blocks from the beach and a seven minute ride to the 10 & 405 freeways
