Ideal for: photo and video shoots, brand and lifestyle content, interviews and podcasts, small meetings and workshops, intimate gatherings. Included: air conditioning, wifi, hair/makeup area, backyard garden. Parking: 3 cars park on the property; additional parking nearby upon request. Good to know: 400 sq ft.
