Newly remodeled luxury designer home with open concept living space, high ceilings, lots of natural light, large open space with a kitchen/living/dining room. Downstairs in the dining area are large skylights and sliding doors leading to an outdoor patio. Large windows bath the entire living space in light. Kitchen has Bosch appliances, Miele coffee machine and a large island. The house has three bathrooms and three bedrooms, each bedroom has a balcony. There are two open spiral staircases and a roof deck. The master bedroom, with balcony and open loft leading to roof terrace, has large floor to ceiling windows, fireplace, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with dry sauna, Japanese soaking tub. The back patio opens to a large mall with grass and mature trees. Additional information: Both the interior and the exterior of the home is available for filming and productions. Feel free to move furniture/wall art movement but return everything to how you found it. Open to allowing crews to paint walls as long as you paint them and return them to original colors. Pets Allowed. Cooking allowed. Backyard has a bbq. No Pool. House is extremely quiet for recording dialog. Lots of natural light. All areas of the space accessible for production purposes. Normal household power. Street cleaning days Monday and Tuesday. Insurance is required. Additional cleaning fee applies to cooking shoots, large crews. This is our personal home, please treat with respect.
