The venue is a 3-story, 21,000 sq ft. brick building that was built in 1928 as an Elks Temple. The lower level - originally a bowling alley, still has bowling lanes flooring, but has been renovated into an neutral event space and often hosts wedding receptions. Main floor - 11 ft ceilings, with original plaster molding, features a modern glamour bridal suite (could be used for hair/makeup) and Groom's Room (could be used as office/meeting room). The main floor is also home to an Italian cafe/bakery/coffee shop. The top floor has not yet been renovated and has a lot of character for raw space. Half of this area was originally a gymnasium, the other half was a ballroom with a band shell and has ornate molding and detail that has been damaged and deteriorated over the years. The property also has a front porch and fenced in front courtyard. This building lends itself to many different types of opportunites.
