About the Space

This space offers a unique 1000 sqft. space in the parkdale area, ideal for hosting private celebrations such as birthday parties. We’ve hosted a handful of wedding receptions, wedding ceremonies, baby showers, bridal showers, puppy yoga, workouts, interviews and more. Our venue comes equipped with 2 professional venue speakers you can connect to via Bluetooth or a DJ mixer. VENUE FEATURES •12ft ceilings •Free WiFi •2x Alto TX08 speakers •75” QLED Samsung TV •Frigidaire 4.5 CU FT. Fridge •Air conditioning / heating •Full length mirrors •2 Private bathrooms (fully stocked) •Microwave 1.5 CU FT. •2 RGB Panel Lights (Full colour customization) OVERTIME Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly fee, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor the setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Giggster. We charge $50 for deep cleaning on upholstery if food or drink stains are left on furniture. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. A $500 penalty will be charged for any signs of smoking indoors. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke. Fog and smoke machines are not permitted
