The main floor of 1100 sf is on-ground level and opens up onto a private garden of 1440 sf, including a 350 sf terrace. The dramatic interior spiral staircase leads to the 2nd Floor, which can also be accessed by the main building's straight-forward staircase. Additional complimentary items: 2 clothing racks 1 iron, 1 ironing table, 1 steamer Ladder and stool Central A/C and heat controlled by on-site manager Good to know: - Host will be on-site and available to address any questions or requests - Make sure to include enough prep and breakdown time within your booking. If you go over in order to wrap up and clean, it will be charged extra (even if you arrived late). - Space is not child-proof - Furniture can be moved but needs to be placed back. Be mindful of wood floors, no scratches please - Some of the fresh flowers, fruits, plants, balloons and small décor elements seen on the listing photographs are not inherent to the site. Feel free to bring your own props and stage the space to your liking - Bring your own disposable plates, cups, napkins and utensils if you plan to consume ready-to-eat food and beverages - Multiple subway/bus lines available. The C is an approximate 10-minute walk House Rules: - No smoking anywhere indoors and outdoors - No candles - No pets - Alcohol cannot be sold - No storage of any equipment or items in front of the building, hallways or stairs - Cooking or use of appliances & dishes/glasses/utensils is not allowed - Do not open any cabinets, drawers or pantry - The space needs to be returned in the exact condition it was delivered. Please take photos before the shoot to remember how it was. - Guest needs to gather all trash and remove it from the property (no curbside disposal). - The floor has to be in "broom condition" upon departure and all garbage removed or an additional $175 cleaning fee will be charged. We can provide a broom or vacuum cleaner. - No loud music. No DJ. No amplifiers. Only small portable wireless speakers are allowed - No dance parties - We need to be mindful of our neighbors - Please make sure all your team members and guests read the house rules ahead of the event
