**Modern Eastern European Restaurant with Two Distinctly Different, Recently Renovated Rooms:** **Room 1:** A striking, all-glass (greenhouse-style) structure featuring a concrete floor and a stunning glass cathedral-style ceiling. The room is highlighted by an oversized Victorian-style chandelier and includes a dedicated AC/heating unit, a separate sound system, and industrial-style fixtures recently added for a modern touch. With seating for up to 60 guests, it offers a unique, airy ambiance perfect for special occasions. **Room 2:** A warm, inviting space with hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and a stylish bar. Modern neon artworks adorn the room, adding a contemporary flair. This room seats up to 40 people and includes a wheelchair-accessible restroom, its own AC/heating system, and a separate sound system. The exposed beam ceiling adds a rustic yet sophisticated touch. **Kitchen:** A fully operational, commercial-grade kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment, including fridges and freezers, to handle all culinary needs. **Basement:** A fully functional commercial basement/storage area located in an older section of the building, featuring exposed plumbing and a spacious walk-in refrigerator. **2nd Floor:** Includes additional storage space, a fully operational restroom with a shower, and a dressing room/makeup area. This floor also provides access to the roof. On weekdays we are flexible with the pricing and the time limits.
