About the Space

Our house is a traditional home with a varied style. There’s both a mix of antiques and new furniture. You’ll find interior barn doors and an old red wall dial phone. Overall, the feeling is both warm and inviting, comfortable, and updated. Upstairs we have three bedrooms. Our front parlor gives the impression of stepping back in time. The gourmet kitchen is colorful and whimsical. We’ve lived in our house for more than 20 years and my husband’s love of gardening shows. Our backyard has a patio area with a fire pit table, umbrella and chairs and a tool shed. We have an old redwood deck with a trellis that’s covered with jasmine and trumpet vines. We have grass, many flowers and fruit trees. In July 2023 we remodeled our whole garage from top to bottom. We're minutes away from freeways, restaurants and shopping. There's street parking and a dead end cul de sac just 200 feet away. My home is available 7 days a week from 7am-10pm Let's make this happen for you. Here's a fun video that was shot at my house.     I highly recommend this location, we had a fantastic experience. Joanna is welcoming and very accommodating to those renting the location. We were able to see the location ahead of the shoot and when we arrived on shoot day, Joanna let it be known if we needed anything they would be available for help! Once we were done with a greetings and a final look at the location Joanna left us to it and we went about our business. Very worth it!

    My team needed a lived in house for our production and didn't have time for set dressing. Joanna's place was perfect for our purposes and allowed us to get the look we were going for with minimal time. Joanna was a great host--we showed up, were shown around, and after making it clear she was available for any questions or issues we had, left us to our filmmaking!
