Property consists of two separate buildings on one lot. 5224/5226 consists of a bungalow style duplex, each with 1 bedroom/1 bath with approx. 700 sq.ft each and a private rear, fenced yard. 5230 consists of a contemporary 50's, two story construction with 5 units, each consisting of 1 bedroom/1 bath with approx. 500-600 sq.ft. each. All of the units have been remodeled to a very modern look. There is a main courtyard, separate laundry room and carports. One of the duplexes and two of the apartments are available for filming, they are tenant occupied with furniture. Rates will depend on with apartment is available at the time of filming.
