Wow! What a great experience we had shooting a feature film at Shannon's home! Shannon, her husband and son couldn't have been more inviting, welcoming, gracious, helpful and professional. Filming was easy with plenty of space for parking, make up, equipment, cast, etc. I highly suggest filming at Shannon's home not just because of the ease of shooting there but also because the home is beautifully appointed. There's even a baby grand piano right in the foyer! Even more, she has a separate living room area that can work as a "green" room or as a second living room location if you need to film two house looks in one day. Unfortunately, the script didn't call for their beautiful backyard and pool area, so I can't wait to film that in the near future. Shannon's home will definitely increase the perceived value of the movie. Even more, I'm certain that I'll remain friends with Shannon and her family after such a great experience!

Beautiful, lush Mansion on a single-loaded street across from Peter's Canyon Hiking Trail with amazing hills, valley views, and sunsets. Luxurious with holistic and tropical yard. Large entry foyer with sweeping scroll-rail staircase with chandelier lighting the baby grand piano. High ceilings and large rooms everywhere. Light and bright. Each window looks out to a beautiful lush view of the yard, pool, or hiking trail. Stunning backyard Oasis with rock waterfall pool and spa. A pleasure to cook in the large kitchen with designer appliances while looking out to the backyard Tiki bar area with BBQ and a tropical pool and waterfalls. Very tranquil and lush. Inside bar and family room open out to the backyard paradise.
The Master Bedroom is huge! Fireplace sitting area and a very large Master Bathroom with soaking tub and sauna. Another fireplace is also in the large living room area. 2 bedrooms have a balcony that overlooks the hiking trails with a hills view. A very quiet upscale neighborhood is full of beautiful houses. Plenty of street parking in front of the house as it is also parking for the hiking trail. 3 car garage that can be used for gear or set up and it also has easy access to the backyard.
6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All large rooms with walk-in closets and plenty of space. A/C and the house are very cool naturally. This area is considered North Tustin, Cowen Heights but the zip code is Santa Ana so it is in the unincorporated area of Orange County. Very easy to film in this area.
