This single-family home conveniently located in the San Fernando Valley, offers the perfect place for filming. This beautiful home offers inside and outside space; especially a one-of-a-kind private backyard paradise just completed. The space has street parking and an alley in the back with full access to the backyard, allowing for easy loading of equipment, rentals, etc. Most furniture inside and out can be moved.     Amazing host and wonderful space. Good layout for production (lots of smaller rooms for makeup, wardrobe etc and larger spaces for filming). Exterior is very cute and we loved the upstairs balcony! Would love to book this place again!
