This single-family home conveniently located in the San Fernando Valley, offers the perfect place for filming. This beautiful home offers inside and outside space; especially a one-of-a-kind private backyard paradise just completed. The space has street parking and an alley in the back with full access to the backyard, allowing for easy loading of equipment, rentals, etc. Most furniture inside and out can be moved.
