Tropical Modern Estate in North Miami, pictured in Luxe Magazine of South Florida, with more than 1 acre of land. This property is very private as it is enclosed and gated. It is a lush tropical landscape with a swimming pool, cabana, and beautiful stone fire-pit. The property hosts a beautiful array of exotic tree species: Royal Poinciana, Cuban Palms, Live Oak, Traveler Palm, Ceiba Speciosa, & Gumbo Limbo trees. There are a variety of diverse areas for your shoot from a large green-space, outdoor patio, fire-pit, and pool cabana. It’s beautiful during the day and even more special at night under the stars with lights under the canopy of trees. * A full patio & bathroom is available with the booking * Wifi available upon request *HOURLY RATES (4 hour minimum): $150/hour- 1-5 people $400/hour- 6-15 people $500/hour- 16-30 people $600/hour- 31-45 people $700/hour- 46-60 people $850/hour- 60+

I recently rented this property for a photoshoot. The space was beautiful and well-maintained. The wide variety of plants and flowers added a very tropical feel to the photos. We were able to do 7 looks with different backgrounds around the property! All the photos/backgrounds came out beautifully & were very different and unique from each other. The hosts were also very helpful and had excellent communication throughout the process. Highly recommend!

We recently shot a commercial at this location and it was an amazing experience. The property is stunning at night. The ambience created by the string lights was magic! We used the cabana for wardrobe, hair, & makeup. Highly recommend this spot for any production, especially if you're aiming for a beautiful nighttime aesthetic!

I recently did a photoshoot here and it was absolutely incredible. The property is extremely clean and offers a variety of areas to create different looks for a shoot. The cabana was a huge plus! It was perfect for wardrobe changes, hair, makeup, and bathroom access. John was incredibly professional and accommodating throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend!
