Extremely responsive, accommodating, and very sweet renters! Everything went so smoothly and the event was perfect. Would definitely use this space and work with Erin again!

Tranquil and light filled home with a large and unique 3 tiered back yard. The actual home feels like it is a tree house and there is also a charming tree house built into a large avocado tree in the backyard. Other key features: beautiful koi pond with small waterfall, large synthetic grass area and hammock, outdoor bbq area, large veranda with seating and Santa Monica views, a hot tub built into a wood deck, and optional outdoor converted tough shed.
