Full Studio Rental – 1,550 Sq Ft Creative Space Our full 3-room, 1,550 sq ft studio rental includes private space in Studio Room A, Studio Room B, and the Main Room—offering a versatile, open layout perfect for classes, large film productions, workshops, small events, content shoots, and private gatherings. This option gives you complete access to the full space, allowing flexibility for multi-set productions, breakout sessions, or guest flow during events. Seating for 16 people. Standing guest up to 40. This booking session is perfect for social gatherings, performances, small events, and parties. Additional tables, chairs, decor, photo accessories, and staff can be added for an additional fee. Please note: Events with DJs, live musicians, or excessive loud noise must be booked for time slots after 6:00 PM to accommodate building guidelines. This unique and innovative unit includes a grass backdrop, multiple lounge chairs and ottomans, microphones for podcasting, lighting, photo backdrop, dressing room, hangers for clothing, 32 in tv, computer screen and monitor, speakers, tripods, urban decor, and most importantly the breath-taking view from the 10th floor of the building highlighting the NYC/NJ skyline. Light refreshments/ finger foods are recommended, No cooking in the unit, No smoking in the unity, No confetti, Spirits are allowed, No excessive loud music before 6 PM, please book accordingly. The unit is located in a secure building. All visitors will need to be invited up after 6 PM. This gives guest a secure place to create and record.
