We have 15 offices and 3 conference rooms. Front lobby and reception area finished with Maple wood. Colorado influenced color scheme. We are on the 10th floor and have views of the Comcast Center and City Hall overlooking Market Street.

Such a pleasant experience! The staff and owner, Mark, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The space is in a fantastic location and made my workday very easy and enjoyable (as enjoyable as a workday can be!). I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great workspace.

Mark and his team provide five-star service. I have been a tenant here and have never been more satisfied with any other rental space. The team is quick, responsive, knowledgeable, and always finds creative solutions to meet my ever-changing business needs.
