Theater // Stage Space: 28’ wide x 43’ long Includes... - 68 tiered red seats - A welcoming lobby with check-in area, with a gorgeous chandelier - Dressing Room located behind the theater available as a greenroom with a designated private bathroom - Sprung floor with a 1 3/8” open cell foam rubber, subfloor and 3/4” red oak on top. Covered in black marley. - Full lighting grid & Full speaker system can be used for an additional fee. There is a courtyard with an outdoor bar and benches and a garden with planters and greenery.
