The Warehouse is 1200 sq. ft. of space perfect for a variety of film productions located in a prime area of Mid-city LA. Our Film Warehouse has distressed brick on all four walls, textured white stucco inset and a corner with yellow brick walls. It has 1920s sliding fire doors, overhead skylight and two south facing shuttered windows which can be opened to natural light or completely blacked out. It also includes an overhead grid, access to an outdoor vine covered courtyard, green room and three bathrooms. A raw space adaptive to your needs!
