My sister and I threw a 60th birthday party for my brother-in-law. Matt was a great host!! He was responsive and answered all our questions before the party. When we arrived, he was at the house for a brief time to make sure we knew where everything was and even checked in once during our party to make sure everything was going well. He has a lovely home, and I would definitely recommend renting from him. Thanks Matt!!
