About the Space

This home is located in Mt Adams. We do not reside in this home due to the fact that we rent it out for various uses. We have parking available for prop trucks etc, and options for catered food service, concierge needs for errands, groceries etc. This designer home is nestled next to the famous iconic overlook of the city of Cincinnati. The view is of Downtown Cincinnati, the Ohio River and Northern Kentucky shoreline. This view can be seen from the wide expanse of windows across the entire upstairs area. The home’s aesthetic is neutral, very light cream walls, white trim, white drapes, organic serene high end furnishings. There is a rounded open air staircase in the center of the home. There is a totem pole in the living area, a very large wooden hanging fish in the Kitchen, and interesting lighting throughout. This home does capture a huge amount of sunlight making it ideal for photo shoots, production filming, wedding day of event photos, etc.
