This stately room is ideal for meetings. It also works wonderfully for dinners and receptions. With scars from the Blitz the Old Library highlights the history of the Charterhouse. Portraits of Archbishops and Bishops of London dating back to the 18th century line the walls and lend a tranquil and dignified ambience for any occasion. Capacity: 100 for reception or 50 for seated dinner – Daytime (9am – 5pm) £1200.00 – Evening (5pm – 10pm) £2400.00 Guide to venue hire rates: – Rates are exclusive of VAT. – Catering and any extra equipment charged in addition. – Depending on the type of event, some spaces might require more time for setup and a breakdown - extra charge may apply. – Rates are based on individual room hire and non-exclusive use of the Charterhouse. These can be revisedon case by case basis considering multiple venue hire. Please note that the published rate and minimum # of hours to book are flexible and it depends on the type of event, days of the week, timings & number of guests.
