The Happy Yellow Loft coins its name from having bright energy and golden yellow velvet furniture. Photos don't do it justice. Upon walking in the door, people often say, "Wow. It feel good in here!" Maybe it's my design touch. Or the spirit left over from what's been contained in these walls. This home has held many dinner parties - the 10 ft table invites celebration and togetherness. I specialize in providing a set-table and unique installation as an add-on, made with care after a consultation to discuss the best way to welcome your group. The dining table is bar height - with capacity of up to 11 stools. The living room is cosy with ample seating. There is a Japanese floor mattress with pillows for additional seating if needed. A projector for presentations or installation art is available for use with this booking. While this space is open concept, if you require a changing room - the bathroom or walk in closet would be suitable.
