About the Space

Please inquire within for events or projects with over 15 headcount. Price will vary depending on final details. This is a 6,700 sq ft residential LUX compound. On the compound there is a 2,300 square foot house with 4 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms which sleeps 8, a 100 foot outdoor heated pool spa, and a 4500 square foot Production and Event space with 21 foot high ceilings. There are 2 massive JBL sound systems - one in each structure. The event space, the designer house, and the outdoor pool spa are all equip with color remote hand controlled changeable led lighting. The enormity of the scale creates an easy to attain epic element for film shoots and parties. Futuristic design elements created by the designer of Invisible House and photogenic furniture combined with close proximity to the legendary Giant Rock lend a science fiction feel to the location.
