About the Space
This beautiful Tudor mansion has large rooms and high ceilings, jacuzzi, and deep jetted soaking tub. Great for video and photo shoot, weddings etc. The property is 1.45 Acres. On-site parking for large production crew. 20+ cars and trailer. The 1st floor consist of kitchen, living room, very large patio, dining room, family room, library, master bedroom with jacuzzi, and shower, Guest suite with jetted soaking tub and private patio. The large 4 Car garage is also great for photo/ video shooting. 2nd floor consists of 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3rd floor consists of 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Outdoor includes a court yard, horseshoe driveway that wraps around the house, pool and backyard. The driveway is lined with large trees. The backyard also has a lot of large trees and looks a private park ideal for wedding, yoga, hammocks, picnic, nature scene setup etc. there are large lawns around the house. Hourly rate shown is based on a still photo shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less. The estate was great and Ramesh was a great host! There was a moment in the morning of our shoot where he wasn't sure if we'd be able to host due to unforeseen complications on the property, but Ramesh made it work and was very accommodating in the end.
