About the Space

The Counterflow Haus is the perfect location; less than a minute off the freeway and a 5-minute drive to or from downtown San Diego. The location is a spacious two-story, 5,000 square-foot property consisting of 4 suites. Suite A is an urban, modern office suite with a full size conference room and countertops with beer and coffee on tap. Suite B is a full-scale recording studio comprising of a mixing room, an isolation room and a one- car garage for loading equipment. Suite C is a wide open spacious industrial 1,300 sqrft 2nd story flat with controlled lighting, making it great for studio production. Suite D is the mirror image of suite C but has superb natural lighting and wood beams all throughout the interior. Both suites D and C have individual offices with sliding barnyard doors that are great for changing/dressing rooms. Lastly, the building has an excellent 2,600 sqrft of rooftop access overlooking downtown San Diego and the airport in the distance.
