As a bonus, the backyard opens up to a large parking pad and driveway, perfect for additional parking and loading. Behind the home is an industrial studio space that can serve as an additional production space for your needs. Large vehicles are encouraged to park on the main street, however, experienced drivers can navigate their way into the back side of the house with careful maneuvering.
