From the moment our original location opened in 2012, this yoga studio has operated with an unwavering mission to promote wellness for everyone who walks through our doors. Our commitment to offering a variety of high-quality yoga classes, teacher training, and well-rounded fitness classes has not only remained the core principle of our business but has been strengthened by our intentional expansion over the past few years. Now a community of three studios, we have widened our geographical reach and increased access to a multitude of yoga and fitness styles to bring our passion to practitioners of all experience levels and preferences. Whether you are interested in vinyasa flow, traditional heated and hot offerings, yoga sculpt, or guided meditations, we believe the diversity and breadth of our classes show we are still living our original mission each and every day.
