About the Space

Centrally located between Houston, Austin and San Antonio, within the community of Schulenburg, TX, The Ballroom in the Country has 360' views of the neighboring hills and countryside. The main reception space is 10,000 sq.ft with light grey hardwood floors and 35' ceilings. 3 magnificent crystal chandeliers and lots of windows and light. It's a modern barn with a covered outdoor bar/patio which can seat up to 250 people. The main reception space can accommodate up to 750 people. It's very elegant and nicknamed the 'ballroom in the country'. There are several cottages onsite which include a two-story suite with an upstairs hair/make-up salon with 6 mirrored stations. There is also a service entrance which will take you directly to the back of the building for unloading/loading gear. Strong wi-fi connection, extensive electrical outlets throughout the building and amazing acoustics. in-house catering can also be arranged. We have an extensive collection of on-site decorations which include backdrops, signs, vases, candles, lanterns, flowers, garland which are all included in the rental. All stained farmhouse tables, cross-back chairs and all additional furniture is included.
